My Power-up is missing.

If you purchased a power-up and did not receive it please contact our support team by submitting a ticket.

For players who used Shield 2/3 power-ups and only made one mistake in that video, power-ups cannot be rolled over into other videos at this time. When you select a power-up to use, it is only for use in that video you are currently in.


Please note: We are not responsible for loss of power-ups due to a faulty connection, server or game issue- if you experience these problems regularly please contact our technical support team by submitting a ticket.
