
We R Interactive has signed an agreement with Zendesk, the cloud-based customer service software leader which will ensure users of its growing portfolio continue to receive the possible customer service and support.
The company’s community development team will use Zendesk to support the global user base for its first game, I AM PLAYR and upcoming new music and sports games.
At the beginning of this month We R Interactive announced that just six months from launch I AM PLAYR had achieved the 1 million monthly active users milestone, averaging an increase of 100, 000 users per week during the last month alone. Played across 210 countries around the world, I AM PLAYR is now the world’s largest Facebook Unity game.
